💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Atlassian platforms at a high-speed aircraft startup. You'll lead governance, integrations, and a Data Center-to-Cloud migration to ensure seamless internal systems. This role is central to cross-functional alignment and platform improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and improve Jira and Confluence environments.
• Build dashboards, filters, and reporting for stakeholders.
• Design projects and spaces with cross-functional teams.
• Develop governance standards and data hygiene rules.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Jira and Confluence admin experience.
• Deep familiarity with Jira workflows and permission schemes.
• Experience with Confluence space architecture at scale.
• Hands-on ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Jira Service Management or ITSM experience.
• GovCloud, FedRAMP, or CMMC exposure.
• Atlassian certification (ACP-100).
