You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Research Officer to deliver and operationalize highest-priority initiatives. You'll drive impact by enabling leaders to scale effectively and collaborate across functions to solve problems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CSO and CRD on high-priority initiatives
• Synthesize outputs and problem-solve across functions
• Drive initiatives to completion with closure
• Identify what leadership should do vs delegate

📋 Requirements

• Drug design domain expertise (Chemistry or Biology background)
• Experience partnering with leaders in fast-paced environments
• Ability to engage with technical topics and synthesize information
