You'll lead design of complex gameplay features on World of Warships: Legends, guiding a team from concept to implementation. You'll own key gameplay metrics, using data to identify risks and opportunities. This role offers relocation support and a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of complex gameplay features from concept to implementation.
• Guide and mentor the Game Design team on workflows and professional development.
• Analyze gameplay metrics to validate decisions and uncover improvements.
• Shape the product vision and translate it into a clear gameplay direction.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in game design.
• Strong knowledge of the F2P market and monetization principles.
• Proven ability to design, balance, and improve complex game systems.
• Ability to analyze game metrics and translate insights into design decisions.
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing user interfaces and user flows.
• Programming background or strong technical understanding.
• Knowledge of Russian.
