You'll translate real-world customer challenges into scalable technical solutions, helping organizations deploy and operate software systems in highly regulated environments. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with customer-facing problem solving, giving you high impact on product evolution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers
• Design and lead solution architecture for complex deployments
• Build and deliver proof-of-concepts and reusable technical accelerators
• Architect self-managed deployments including runners and observability
• Translate recurring challenges into reference architectures and runbooks

📋 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering in customer-facing roles
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production systems
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and YAML pipelines
• Understanding of enterprise deployment challenges including security

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Go
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Helm
• Exposure to AI/LLM systems and agentic workflows
