You'll join Pigment, a fast-growing SaaS company, to drive sales enablement programs that empower our revenue team. You'll identify needs through data and feedback, co-design sales processes, and coordinate training for maximum adoption. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Use data and feedback to identify sales enablement opportunities
  • Co-design sales processes and train the revenue team
  • Coordinate product training with product management and marketing
  • Own sales content platforms and enablement tools

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations
  • 5+ years in Program Management, Consulting, or related role
  • Experience in the technology/SaaS industry
  • Experience with B2B software sales methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, Gong or Hubspot
  • Knowledge of sales automation and CRM tools
