You'll identify needs through data and feedback, co-design sales processes, and coordinate training for maximum adoption. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Use data and feedback to identify sales enablement opportunities
- Co-design sales processes and train the revenue team
- Coordinate product training with product management and marketing
- Own sales content platforms and enablement tools
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations
- 5+ years in Program Management, Consulting, or related role
- Experience in the technology/SaaS industry
- Experience with B2B software sales methodologies
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, Gong or Hubspot
- Knowledge of sales automation and CRM tools
