You'll lead net-new account acquisition for a design-driven agency, fueling growth by opening doors and building early relationships. You'll partner with the CEO to drive top-of-funnel activity and align with the 2026 sales strategy. This role is a launchpad for career growth into senior strategy or account leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and prospect 60 target accounts through outbound outreach
  • Secure first meetings and build a consistent early-stage pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot for pipeline visibility
  • Track pipeline activity and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B industries
  • Proven hunter mindset with proactive, persistent approach
  • CRM experience required; HubSpot preferred
