You'll lead net-new account acquisition for a design-driven agency, fueling growth by opening doors and building early relationships. You'll partner with the CEO to drive top-of-funnel activity and align with the 2026 sales strategy. This role is a launchpad for career growth into senior strategy or account leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect 60 target accounts through outbound outreach
- Secure first meetings and build a consistent early-stage pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot for pipeline visibility
- Track pipeline activity and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
📋 Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B industries
- Proven hunter mindset with proactive, persistent approach
- CRM experience required; HubSpot preferred
