🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize integrations between HubSpot and the broader marketing tech stack.
- Improve and scale lead scoring models, nurture programs, and AI-driven tools.
- Establish best practices for lead and contact lifecycle management across teams.
- Build and distribute key marketing performance reports on attribution and pipeline.
📋 Requirements
- 6-8+ years progressive Marketing Operations or RevOps experience.
- 3+ years in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and major marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Account Engagement).
- Expert understanding of the full B2B revenue funnel (Lead to Cash).

- Experience with ABM and data enrichment tools (Clay, 6sense).
- Proven track record as a strategic advisor to VPs and C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and data narrative skills.
