💼 About This Role

You'll work with the Operations and Quant Team to configure and test the exchange application end-to-end. Your core impact will be to monitor exchange prices and spreads to ensure alignment with global markets, manage treasury for quant wallets, and present weekly OKR reports. You'll also maintain exchange liquidity and troubleshoot live-trading issues.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• More than 2 years of exchange operations experience
• More than 1 year of spot or conversion trading experience
• Good knowledge in operations, BAU, and back admin systems
