Requirements
- Technical/vocational training or equivalent
- 1-3 years manufacturing or production experience
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift over 20 kg
- Willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery per SOPs
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, and changeovers
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs
- Conduct quality checks and document production logs
- Support continuous improvement and participate in root cause analysis
