You'll help define and build the support function for Figma Weave, a unified AI-native creative platform. You'll troubleshoot complex bugs, advocate for quality improvements, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to elevate the customer experience.

  • Diagnose sophisticated bugs in Figma Weave products
  • Interact with customers daily via email and forum
  • Troubleshoot and report bugs to Engineering teams
  • Act as point of contact for critical technical issues

  • 2+ years of QA or Support experience for a SaaS product
  • Troubleshooting and debugging across multiple platforms
  • Consultative communication with technical and non-technical audiences
