You'll help define and build the support function for Figma Weave, a unified AI-native creative platform. You'll troubleshoot complex bugs, advocate for quality improvements, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to elevate the customer experience.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Diagnose sophisticated bugs in Figma Weave products
- Interact with customers daily via email and forum
- Troubleshoot and report bugs to Engineering teams
- Act as point of contact for critical technical issues
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of QA or Support experience for a SaaS product
- Troubleshooting and debugging across multiple platforms
- Consultative communication with technical and non-technical audiences
