🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure project site performance meets specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee contractor compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project delivery risks and coordinate with project team.
• Review progress reports and resolve site issues.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (15+ years experience).
• 5 years at Construction Management level in renewables or construction.
• Experience managing international wind projects.
• English fluency required; Montenegrin is an advantage.

✨ Nice to Have

• NEBOSH General Certificate or PM qualification.
• Experience in Balkans countries.
