You'll provide administrative support for an upper-level annual giving program at SFMOMA, focusing on donor stewardship and benefit fulfillment. You'll manage renewals, gifts, and events to help raise $1.4 million for general operations. This role offers close collaboration with multiple museum teams and trustees.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a front-line liaison for donors via phone and email
• Manage renewals, solicitations, and benefit fulfillment
• Coordinate Curators' Circle committee meetings and events
• Process gifts, maintain database records, and generate reports

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in a development role
• Detail-oriented work ethic for data entry and proofreading
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with Tessitura CRM
• Experience with Artifax event management software
• Fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting
