🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop sales team members
• Conduct monthly reviews with sales reps on territory and business trends

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of rental industry experience
• Outside sales history or sales management experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
