🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 data analysts.
• Partner with leaders to define analytical priorities.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical plans.
• Build scalable dashboards, reports, and insight generation.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in data analytics or related field.
• 3+ years managing analytics teams.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience influencing decisions in high-growth environments.

• Experience supporting pricing or supply teams.
• Exposure to dbt, Snowflake, Looker.
