💼 About This Role

You'll develop curriculum and deliver live training events for Corelight's NDR platform, helping defenders turn network evidence into actionable intelligence. Your core impact is bridging the gap between SOC operations and classroom education by creating hands-on labs and CTF challenges. This role offers up to 50% travel to lead both virtual and in-person sessions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to curriculum development for network-based attack patterns
• Build hands-on lab environments and CTF challenges
• Co-facilitate and independently lead training sessions
• Administer and optimize Learning Management Systems

📋 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in a SOC Tier II role, Incident Response, or threat hunting
• 1 to 2 years in mentorship or internal training
• Meaningful experience with Zeek logs
• Working knowledge of Suricata or Snort, including rules creation

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior startup experience
• Experience with Skilljar LMS
• Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
