You'll serve as an Education Specialist supporting students with disabilities in a general education setting at High Tech High. Your core impact will be developing and implementing IEPs, collaborating with teachers and families, and monitoring student progress. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs in general education settings.
• Support general education teachers in developing IEP goals, planning, and implementation strategies.
• Provide accommodations for students with individual needs to encourage learning and success.
• Identify and support students' social, emotional, and behavioral learning needs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid California Education Specialist Teaching Credential or out-of-state teaching license.
• Basic Skills (CBEST) required.
• 1+ year working with students as a Teacher, Intern, or Academic Coach preferred.
