Description

You will lead end-to-end supplier industrialization for electrical hardware, partnering with procurement and engineering to select and qualify suppliers, drive design for manufacturability, and ensure production readiness through PPAP and ramp. Your work directly impacts the success of rocket and satellite programs by ensuring supplier quality and capability.

Requirements

• Deep commodity knowledge across electrical domains (PCBAs, wire harnesses, connectors, etc.)
• Experience with supplier qualification, PPAP, and FAI
• Proficiency in APQP, PFMEA, control plans, and MSA/GR&R
• Strong root cause analysis skills (8D, 5-Why)
• Experience with lean manufacturing and SPC

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier industrialization for electrical hardware from source selection to production ramp
• Conduct supplier capability assessments and lead DFM reviews
• Own APQP and PPAP processes at suppliers
• Lead root cause and corrective action for supplier quality issues
• Apply lean manufacturing and statistical quality tools for continuous improvement
