Description

You will build scalable developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling to power engineering workflows across Motional. You'll partner with teams to identify bottlenecks and enable fast, reliable code delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in Software Engineering
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or C++
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

Responsibilities

• Build scalable fullstack services, CI/CD pipelines, and internal developer platforms
• Work with engineering teams to understand needs and improve developer workflows
• Improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and observability
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical roadmaps
