You'll lead an Australia-based team of software engineers delivering features for a flagship SaaS platform transforming aged and disability care. You'll create clarity, set ambitious delivery pace, and build a high-performing team proud of their impact on the care sector. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of software engineers.
• Own delivery outcomes and ensure reliable high-quality software.
• Translate business objectives into technical plans and prioritize work.
• Participate in technical discussions, code and incident reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Customer, and other Engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern software development practices (CI/CD, testing, observability).
• Experience with API-based systems.

• Knowledge of the aged or disability care sector.
• Experience with AlayaCare products or similar care software.
