You'll build and lead Cellares' InfoSec program as the founding security hire, blending strategic development with hands-on execution. You will drive compliance with frameworks like 21 CFR Part 11, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape security across a fast-paced, mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement InfoSec policies, standards, and procedures
• Develop a multi-year security roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead day-to-day security operations and incident response
• Manage and mentor India-based Security Analysts

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive information security experience
• 2+ years in a lead or senior individual contributor role
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools like Splunk or Sentinel
• Experience driving SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• Cloud security architecture expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with life sciences frameworks like 21 CFR Part 11
