🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing performance with business goals.
• Optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels.
• Oversee testing and experimentation to improve acquisition and retention.
• Track and analyse KPIs to guide continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• MBA from a highly recognized business school in India.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience focused on U.S. markets.
• Proven success managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams while staying involved in strategy and testing.
