Description
You will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Moveworks AI products, supporting strategy and solution wins for specialty solution areas. Your role involves territory planning, customer engagement to envision digital transformation value, and coaching team members to identify opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes
- 5+ years knowledge of ROI for specialty solutions to lead solution win
- Experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
- Travel required 30-50%
Responsibilities
- Support territory strategy and account planning to improve vertical understanding and account targeting
- Help customers envision digital transformation value in partnership with account team and partners
- Interlock with SC Specialist on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement
- Coach AEs and ADRs on foundational solution knowledge to identify opportunities
- Champion diversity and belonging for an open and inclusive environment
