You'll engage with families to share opportunities at Rocketship's elementary charter schools in Milwaukee, WI. Your core impact is building robust waitlists by inspiring families through meaningful conversations. You'll support the enrollment process and hand off to Office Managers, setting students up for success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Canvassing neighborhoods to connect with prospective families.
• Making phone calls and entering data for new families.
• Planning and marketing informational meetings for families.
• Supporting enrollment and tracking recruitment in target areas.

📋 Requirements

• Passion for mission to eliminate the achievement gap.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong PC-based computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Multilingual in Spanish.
• Experience in event planning or community outreach.
