💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full estimating process for high-rise and mixed-use projects at a top Canadian development firm. You'll shape project feasibility, design, and financial positioning from concept through construction. This role offers a real seat at the table on major projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop conceptual and order-of-magnitude estimates from feasibility stage.
• Prepare detailed quantity surveys and estimates across all design stages.
• Manage bid packages and subcontractor tender processes.
• Facilitate value engineering workshops with design and construction teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive estimating experience with a GC or developer.
• High-rise residential estimating experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, BIM/Revit takeoff.
• Post-secondary education in Architectural Technology or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• PQS or Gold Seal Certification in Estimating.
• Experience with CCA/CCDC prime contracts.
• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code.
