Description

You will lead enterprise AI integration initiatives, identifying opportunities and developing scalable solutions to optimize internal systems and accelerate mission-critical operations. You will manage a team of engineers, collaborate across departments, and oversee AI projects from prototyping to full deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, or sciences
• 4+ years of experience in technology, aerospace, or space industry
• 2+ years of technical project management or system-level engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience managing technical teams
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR)

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of AI integration from opportunity identification through deployment, testing, and optimization
• Distill team needs into actionable AI development criteria and validation plans
• Serve as primary interface for AI integration requirements, test plans, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive program acceleration and ensure end-to-end efficiency gains
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers across multiple parallel priorities
