You'll monitor and investigate compliance operations and abuse issues on Klaviyo's platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to balance risk mitigation with customer experience. Your work will directly reduce abuse risk while enabling optimal customer outcomes. This role stands out for its focus on building AI-centered workflows and representing Klaviyo in the anti-abuse community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor anti-abuse signals, logs, and alerts to identify and mitigate abuse.
• Investigate compliance and deliverability-impacting abuse events and escalate.
• Perform incident triage to determine scope, urgency, and impact.
• Partner with Engineering to test and implement signal tuning.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical SaaS, anti-abuse, trust safety, or compliance operations role.
• Data analysis proficiency with infrastructure-level and behavioral data.
• AI fluency in using AI tools for detection and operational workflows.
• SQL or equivalent query experience is strongly preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at an ESP or high-volume marketing communications provider.
• Proven experience with anti-abuse tools like Sift, Stripe Radar, or eHawk.
• Participation in anti-abuse community forums or conferences.
