πΌ About This Role
You'll lead value evidence strategies engaging with population health decision-makers and payers to improve patient access and healthcare outcomes. As a key scientific and market access advisor, you'll support launch and pre-launch initiatives by communicating clinical and economic evidence across multiple therapeutic areas.
π― What You'll Do
- Build strategic relationships with population health decision-makers and payers.
- Lead scientific and value-based discussions on clinical and economic evidence.
- Develop and execute engagement plans for launch and pre-launch objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, HEOR, and Medical teams.
π Requirements
- Graduate degree in science, healthcare, or related field (PhD/PharmD preferred).
- 5+ years experience in managed care or field medical roles.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare systems and payer dynamics.
- Ability to travel 50% domestically.

- Doctoral degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP).
- Experience in multiple therapeutic areas (Oncology, Cardiovascular, etc.).
