You'll manage client relationships in the Banking & Insurance vertical, coordinating with internal teams to ensure delivery of data and analytics solutions. You'll help clients leverage data for business decisions, making a lasting impact on their success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as single post-sales support contact for customers
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Service teams
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases and KPIs
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, client service, or account management
• Proficiency in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal applications
• Enterprise product knowledge related to business unit solutions
• Excellent communication skills for high-level documentation

• Master's degree or certifications
• 3-5 years of project management experience
