💼 About This Role

You'll be the technical authority for ambitious client projects, setting vision and guiding teams. You will architect production-grade ML solutions on Google Cloud and lead delivery from pre-sales to implementation. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic leadership and client consulting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical strategy from pre-sales through delivery for client engagements.
• Architect and implement end-to-end ML systems on Google Cloud Platform.
• Lead internal initiatives to develop reusable ML frameworks and accelerators.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and coaching.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in machine learning and software engineering.
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity (tech lead, project lead).
• Proven ability to architect production-grade ML solutions on a major cloud platform (GCP preferred).
• Deep expertise in Python for backend ML systems and software best practices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
• Professional Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional ML Engineer).
• Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, MLflow).
