🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver accurate quantitative insights to guide product decisions.
• Manage a team of ~7 data scientists with a focus on inclusion.

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience with experimental design and statistics on internet-scale data.
• Experience collaborating with product development teams to analyze user-facing features.
• Prior experience as a people manager.
• Experience with large-scale data processing tools like Hadoop, Hive, Presto, Spark.
