Description

As a Field Verification Analyst at Clara, you'll be the 'eyes on the ground,' conducting onsite visits to B2B clients to validate their business existence and operations. Your work directly mitigates fraud and strengthens credit monitoring for Latin America's fastest-growing financial platform.

Requirements

2+ years experience in field verification, onsite auditing, or field collections.
High observation skills and objective judgment under pressure.
Comfort being in the field 80-90% of the time.
Excellent verbal and written communication for clear reports.
Tech-savvy with mobile apps, GPS tools, and digital forms.

Responsibilities

Conduct onsite visits to client locations across metropolitan area.
Validate physical business existence and operational alignment with declared data.
Collect evidence via geolocated photography, digital checklists, and interviews.
Identify and report red flags like virtual addresses or simulated activities.
Generate standardized verification reports same-day for Credit and Compliance teams.
