You'll lead clean sheet structural designs for a fifth-generation business jet using advanced composites. You'll oversee all design phases from concept through certification and mentor junior engineers. This role offers the chance to shape company processes at a lean aerospace startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead clean sheet structural designs from concept to certification
• Manage an aircraft zone and show compliance with FAR Part 23/25
• Oversee multi-disciplinary trade studies to optimize aircraft performance
• Develop company standard processes and design best practices

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of aerospace structural design experience
• Expertise in composite airframe design and manufacturing processes
• Experience in aircraft level development programs
• Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6/3DX with Composites Workbench

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in manned aircraft prototype environments
• Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers
• Familiarity with Enovia or 3DX PLM systems
