💼 About This Role

You'll lead post-sales technical relationships for OpenAI's most important customers, driving adoption and value realization. You'll embed with customer teams to identify use cases and guide deployments from first pilot to scaled enterprise adoption. This role blends technical leadership, program management, and strategic advisory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical post-sales relationships as trusted advisor
• Own account health, adoption velocity, and deployment success
• Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions
• Identify and validate use cases with customer workflows

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, consulting, SA)
• Deep hands-on knowledge of OpenAI APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Strong project/program management for multi-workstream initiatives

• Experience with embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning
• C-level stakeholder engagement
• Enterprise deployment in complex environments
