Description

You will ensure our manufacturing facility meets environmental, health, and safety objectives by performing safety oversight, monitoring hazards, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, RCRA, EPA, and DOT regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years experience implementing EHS programs
• Experience managing hazardous waste storage
• Hands-on safety oversight experience
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work overtime/weekends

Responsibilities

• Identify and correct workplace hazards and unsafe conditions
• Monitor employee exposure to job and chemical hazards per OSHA limits
• Perform safety surveys and ensure safe work practices
• Handle hazardous waste storage, labeling, and disposal per RCRA
• Conduct storm water inspections per SWPPP and assist in spill response
