  • Manage Help Desk tickets in JIRA platform
  • Resolve user issues via phone, email, and live chat
  • Run diagnostics and troubleshoot reported problems
  • Monitor alert system and escalate incidents

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year in customer-facing roles
  • Intermediate English or higher
  • Upper-intermediate Russian or higher
  • Shift work availability including nights

  • Active Directory basic knowledge
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
