You'll manage Help Desk tickets and provide timely technical support for a global gaming company. You'll resolve user issues via phone, email, and live chat while collaborating with international teams. This fixed-term role covers maternity leave and offers hybrid work in Belgrade.

- Manage Help Desk tickets in JIRA platform
- Resolve user issues via phone, email, and live chat
- Run diagnostics and troubleshoot reported problems
- Monitor alert system and escalate incidents
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year in customer-facing roles
- Intermediate English or higher
- Upper-intermediate Russian or higher
- Shift work availability including nights
