🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide presales technical support for high-value projects
• Review customer designs and 3D CAD models for manufacturability
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams
• Manage project scope, requirements, and milestones

📋 Requirements

• BS in Engineering and 6+ years related work experience
• Subject Matter Expertise in Injection Molding
• Experience with 3D solid modeling in native CAD software
• Proficient in reading technical drawings

✨ Nice to Have

• 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce
• Strong negotiation skills
