Description

You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Coupang Pay's critical systems. You'll lead the design and optimization of complex systems, driving observability and automation initiatives to support high-availability environments.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or similar
• In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix, networking, distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes/Docker
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
• Proficiency in Terraform and scaling Mimir/Loki for high throughput

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems
• Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks and failures
• Lead design and optimization of scalable architectures
• Develop automation tools and champion automation-first principles
• Build and operate observability stack (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Grafana)
