💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the HR function from scratch as Reducto's first People Operations Generalist. You'll partner with founders and leadership to design systems, programs, and culture that define how we grow. This hands-on role spans the full employee lifecycle and HR process design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and changes.
• Design and maintain HR systems, policies, and documentation.
• Create and operationalize performance review processes.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor coordination.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
• Experience building HR processes from scratch in a startup.
• Strong systems thinking and process-driven mindset.
• Clear communication and trust-building with all levels.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling a startup through rapid growth.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation for HR.
• Multi-state or international compliance experience.
