💼 About This Role

You'll join the Saviynt support team, providing technical analysis and troubleshooting for IAM and identity security solutions. You'll directly resolve production incidents and publish knowledge articles for global customers. This role offers the chance to work with AI-powered identity platform in a hybrid setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with end users on issues and solutions
• Perform root cause analysis for production incidents
• Publish knowledge articles and technical documents
• Debug and troubleshoot break-fix issues to resolution

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience implementing IGA solutions
• Strong domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt or Sailpoint
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services using Postman

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior integration with SSO providers
• Experience with Scripting (Shell, JavaScript, Python, Groovy)
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows OS
