You'll own product hiring at Duolingo, partnering with the CPO to shape org strategy and build scalable hiring processes. You'll blend hands-on recruitment with strategic influence, driving full-cycle recruiting for Product roles from ICs to senior leaders.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Product roles at all levels
- Partner with CPO on hiring strategy and org shaping
- Drive sourcing strategy with proactive outreach
- Use data to diagnose pipeline health and influence decisions
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Meaningful depth in Product hiring
- Experience partnering with senior leaders (VP/C-suite)
- Track record of hiring across levels from PM to VP
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience leading or mentoring a recruiting team
- Deep market knowledge of the Product talent landscape
- History of building repeatable hiring systems
