💼 About This Role

You'll support mixed-age Montessori classrooms for children ages 0–6, maintaining a calm, engaging learning environment. This flexible on-call role allows you to make a positive impact while gaining experience. No formal Montessori training is required—training provided and many substitutes advance to full-time positions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups
• Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
