You'll shape and scale Pano's people strategy during a critical growth phase, owning People Operations, Talent, and Connectedness for a hybrid-remote workforce. You'll ensure attraction, development, and retention of exceptional talent while maintaining a strong values-driven culture. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute company-wide people strategy aligned with business goals.
• Partner with CEO and executive leadership on organizational design and culture.
• Build and scale People Operations, performance management, and engagement programs.
• Lead Workplace Experience to foster connection across distributed teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in People/HR.
• 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience building and scaling People functions in high-growth startup environment.
