💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale manufacturing processes for Raptor combustion chambers and nozzles, enabling high-volume production of the world's most powerful rocket components. You'll own the fabrication pipeline, from process development to data-driven optimization, directly supporting rapid iteration for Starship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own fabrication, processes, and assembly of Raptor chamber and nozzle hardware
• Create and refine manufacturing strategies, work instructions, and tooling
• Build data pipelines for statistical process control and predictive analytics
• Partner with design and supply chain teams to scale new designs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years of hands-on manufacturing process development for complex metallic components
• Ability to stand for long durations and work directly with hardware

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with machining, brazing, welding, forming, or tube bending
• Expertise in design for manufacturability (DFM) and product development
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
