You'll build scalable people systems for a fast-growing GPU compute startup. Your work will ensure we maintain high talent bar while scaling from 45 to hundreds. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution in a high-impact, high-pace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with recruiters to drive full hiring lifecycle and hit headcount targets
• Audit and evolve recruiting tech stack and tooling
• Design and lead performance review cycles and career ladders
• Own employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in HR/Recruiting/People Ops
• 5+ years people management experience
• Proven track record utilizing AI tools and automation
• Experience scaling people processes in high-growth tech
