💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and evolution of an AI-powered marketing ecosystem at Colibri. You'll drive scalable, data-driven customer engagement by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. This role enables personalized omnichannel experiences and supports digital transformation initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the Marketing Cloud architecture roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Design robust data models and segmentation strategies for personalization.
• Introduce best practices and leverage Generative AI for campaign optimization.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in digital marketing technology with 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale implementations.
• Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and marketing automation best practices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Architect certifications.
• Experience with Data Cloud and Einstein AI.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and A/B testing.
