You'll create launch videos, commercials, and product explainers for tech startups at a fast-growing creative studio. Your work will span 2D, UI, typography, and compositing, directly shaping client brands. This role offers a chance to define and scale the motion practice as the team expands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and animate motion for launch videos, commercials, and brand campaigns
• Translate storyboards into compelling motion with right tone and pacing
• Iterate quickly on feedback from creative leads and clients
• Build and maintain templates, presets, and motion systems

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a motion designer in studio or agency
• Expert in After Effects; comfortable in Figma and Premiere Pro
• Strong reel demonstrating product and UI motion and edit-driven animation
• Solid visual design fundamentals — type, layout, color, timing
