  • Ensure all benefits are accurately executed and member-ready
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to support launches and optimization

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client success
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong communicator with confidence managing external stakeholders
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
