- Own day-to-day relationships with benefit partners post-launch
- Manage partner communications, inbound requests, and issue resolution
- Ensure all benefits are accurately executed and member-ready
- Coordinate cross-functionally to support launches and optimization
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client success
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong communicator with confidence managing external stakeholders
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
