You'll lead daily site operations for complex civil infrastructure projects in Brussels. You'll coordinate teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role offers a key position on technically challenging projects with a focus on innovation and teamwork.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct daily coordination of teams and subcontractors on site
• Develop and monitor detailed schedules and work plans
• Enforce safety, quality, and environmental regulations (VCA, ISO)
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in civil engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in civil works and complex infrastructure projects
• Hands-on mentality and strong leadership skills on site
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (VCA, ISO)
