- Support Sales Training initiatives with leadership
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and KPI tools
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns and opportunities
- Improve and streamline sales and marketing processes
- Ensure CRM (HubSpot) data accuracy and hygiene
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM
- Experience building dashboards and KPI frameworks
