Description

You will provide in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Dallas, helping them restore strength, balance, and mobility to move safely and prevent falls. You'll evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and educate families, all while enjoying flexible scheduling and strong team support.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to set treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards
